How to get your magazine news delivered to your inbox

To ensure our emails continue to reach your inbox, please add our email address to your address book.
Here are a few tips for achieving this based upon your email provider:

For all providers, be sure to add “support@powertrans.com.au” to your contact list.

Gmail

1. Choose Contacts (from left hand side ‘Mail’ drop-down)
2. Choose New Contact (right hand side)
3. Enter support@powertrans.com.au into the “Email” field

If you ever find an email from APT Publications in your Spam folder,

1. Check the box next to the APT Publications message(s)
2. Choose Not Spam at the top

If you are using the tabbed inbox, APT Publications emails may go to the ‘Promotions’ tab. To get updates from APT Publications direct to your primary inbox:

1. Drag and drop your newsletter to that tab.
2. If you get the prompt This conversation has been moved to Primary. Do this for all future messages from APT Publications?, select Yes.
3. If using mobile, select the newsletter in your inbox, tap move from the dropdown menu and select Primary

Entourage

1. Open the email.
2. Right-click the sender’s email address.
3. Select “Add to Address Book” in the short-cut menu.
4. Verify the sender’s contact details.
5. Click Save.
6. Click Add.

Outlook 2003 (or higher)

1. Open your newsletter
2. At the top of the message, you should see Click here to download pictures
3. Click this and select, Add the Domain @powertrans.com.au to Safe Senders List

Android devices

1. Open your newsletter
2. Tap the picture next to support@powertrans.com.au that displays before the message
3. Tap Add to Contacts
4. Select OK

iOS devices

1. Open your newsletter
2. Tap the email address support@powertrans.com.au in From field
3. Tap Create New Contact
