CLEAN ENERGY WEEK – SOLAR STREAM 2014

Clean Energy Week’s solar stream will take place from 23-25 July at Sydney Showground. Its Professional Development Day, ATRAA Conference and massive trade show are three events no solar installer should miss.
Professional Development Day (PD Day) for Solar Installers
Hosted by the Clean Energy Council, Australia’s only government-authorised solar accreditation body, PD Day will award installers with 55 Continuous Professional Development points towards their annual accreditation. 
Installers attending PD day will get a complete overview of all the latest technical information and updates for designing and installing solar power systems.  Come along to learn about best practice battery sizing, issues with mounting systems, and innovative solutions to the emerging safety issues of the day.
Hot session:
The ‘Design Issues’ session at Professional Development Day will address the next major change predicted in the solar power industry – the use of affordable storage solutions for solar systems connected to the grid. Industry experts will discuss the importance of understanding customer needs for batteries and making sure they are the right size to do the job.
