Delegates can choose from two technical training sessions that take place simultaneously from the 28th-29th November 2017:

Training A:

Earthing and Bonding: Delegates will get the opportunity to benchmark their progress on AS2067 one year on through case studies, try their hand at manual earth fault hands calculations, reviewing existing earthing designs for maintenance and improvements, and benefit from much more interactivity and practical-driven case studies.

Training B:

Protection Systems: Delegates will cover overcurrent protection, earth fault protection, transformer protection, busbar protection, differential protection, ERPs, automation and IR thermal scanning, and much more.

The technical trainings provide further safety and risk mitigation issues, as well as the technical background into the mechanics. It offers new engineers a chance to learn the ropes and for more senior engineers, a concise refresher course.
