The effectiveness of indication of the main contact position shall be verified, via:

• The position of the actuator having passed the 3F toque test, OR

• A separate mechanical indicator attached to the internal shaft, OR

• Visibility of the moving contacts

With the Kraus and Naimer Koolkuna range, all 3x methods for proof of isolation are achieved for a Switch-Disconnector rating as per AS/NZS 60947-3.
